Utah Co., UT – Auto Accident Ends in Injuries on I-15 near SR-92

Utah County, UT (August 30, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 15 in Lehi sent one person to the hospital Saturday afternoon, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. near milepost 284, close to the SR-92 exit.

The injured individual was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The collision initially blocked multiple lanes, causing significant traffic delays in the area.

Officials have since reopened most lanes, though the HOV lane remains closed as crews continue to clear the scene and ensure safety.
