San Diego, CA – 2 Hospitalized After Crash on I-15 NB Near Camino Del Norte

San Diego, CA (October 16, 2025) – Two people were hospitalized on Tuesday afternoon, October 14, following a single-vehicle crash on the northbound I-15 near Camino Del Norte, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred around 2:38 p.m. when a white Kia sedan struck a wall and came to rest sideways in the HOV lane. Emergency crews from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to the scene to assist the injured occupants and manage traffic in the area.

Both the driver and a passenger were transported to Palomar Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Officials have not yet confirmed the severity of their conditions.
