Interstate 15 Accidents in Escondido
Interstate 15 is a major north–south freeway running through San Diego County, carrying thousands of vehicles each day. With its heavy traffic and high speeds, crashes on this highway are a frequent occurrence. Accidents in HOV lanes, where vehicles are often travelling faster, can be especially dangerous.
Victims of I-15 crashes may suffer injuries ranging from minor cuts and bruises to severe trauma requiring hospitalisation. Medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and time away from work can create significant financial strain for families.
California law allows injured parties to pursue compensation when another driver’s negligence contributes to a crash. Damages may include hospital expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and ongoing care needs. However, insurance companies often try to minimise settlements, making it essential to have skilled legal support.
An Escondido car accident lawyer can assist by investigating the collision, gathering evidence, and negotiating with insurers to ensure fair compensation. Legal guidance helps victims and their families focus on recovery rather than the stress of navigating complex claims.
