Temecula, CA – Injury Crash on I-15 S/Rancho California Rd. Off-Ramp

Temecula, CA (October 20, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision caused injuries on Monday, October 20, along Interstate 15 southbound near the Rancho California Road off-ramp. The California Highway Patrol confirmed that a black sedan and a light-colored vehicle were involved in the crash, which occurred just before midday.

Responding officers arrived to find the vehicles blocking part of the off-ramp with moderate damage. Medics provided on-site aid to the victims and transported one person to a nearby medical facility for evaluation. Traffic delays lasted nearly an hour as tow trucks worked to remove the damaged vehicles and clear the roadway. CHP investigators are reviewing the cause of the accident.
