San Diego, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-15 S Near University Ave Leaves Injuries

San Diego, CA (September 22, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on Interstate 15 southbound near University Avenue left multiple people injured on Monday, September 22. The crash, reported at approximately 12:30 p.m., involved three cars that collided in the southbound lanes.

The California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene to find significant vehicle damage blocking multiple lanes. Paramedics evaluated victims on-site, and at least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
