San Bernardino, CA – Two-Vehicle Wreck on I-15 near Oak Hill Rd Leaves Injuries

San Bernardino, CA (October 5, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic collision with injuries on Sunday, October 5, along the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 just south of Oak Hill Road. The crash involved a blue SUV and a gray pickup truck, both of which sustained significant front-end damage.

California Highway Patrol (CHP) units arrived within minutes and found the vehicles blocking multiple lanes, prompting officers to redirect traffic to prevent additional collisions. Paramedics assessed occupants from both vehicles at the scene, and at least one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical attention.

Witnesses reported that one of the vehicles may have swerved abruptly before the impact, though investigators have not confirmed the cause. Fire personnel remained on-site to clean up debris while tow trucks worked to remove the disabled vehicles.
