San Bernardino, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-15 S/SR-138 Leaves Injuries

San Bernardino, CA (September 7, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on the southbound lanes of I-15, just north of State Route 138, left several people injured on September 7. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the crash involved a motorcycle, a black Kia, a gray Honda Civic, and a gray Toyota Tacoma. The vehicles came to rest in the center divider, blocking part of the roadway. At least one rider from the motorcycle sustained injuries and was evaluated by emergency medical teams at the scene before being transported for further care. Authorities reported that some vehicles involved remained drivable, while others suffered moderate damage. Responding officers worked to clear the scene and ensure the safety of passing motorists. The CHP is investigating the events leading up to the accident to determine liability.
