San Bernardino, CA – Hit-and-Run Crash on I-15 at SR-138 Leaves Victim Injured

San Bernardino, CA (September 15, 2025) – A hit-and-run crash on Interstate 15 northbound at the SR-138 interchange left one driver injured on Monday, September 15. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the victim was driving a blue Chevrolet Silverado when it was struck by a gray semi-truck. The semi reportedly fled the scene following the collision, leaving the victim on the right shoulder awaiting help.
