Riverside, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on I-15 S/SR-60

Riverside, CA (September 21, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision caused injuries on Sunday morning, September 21, on Interstate 15 southbound, just north of State Route 60. The crash was reported around 10:20 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Officials confirmed that the accident involved a red hatchback and a gray sedan.

Both vehicles were left blocking lanes, creating a traffic hazard in the slower lanes of the freeway. Responding officers called for an ambulance, and paramedics provided medical assistance to at least one injured individual. The extent of the injuries sustained has not yet been disclosed. Tow trucks were requested to remove the damaged vehicles, and crews worked quickly to reopen the roadway. CHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
