Oceanside, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-15 S/Citracado Pkwy Causes Injuries

Oceanside, CA (October 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 southbound near Citracado Parkway and Felicita Road left multiple people injured on Monday, October 6. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray work truck collided with a green-gray sedan in the southbound lanes just before 4:30 p.m. The impact caused both vehicles to spin out, blocking one lane of traffic.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene, assessing victims for injuries. At least one person was transported to a local medical facility for further treatment. CHP officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, including possible driver distraction or unsafe merging. The damaged vehicles were later towed from the scene, and normal traffic resumed shortly after.
