Oceanside, CA – Pickup and Honda Collide on I-15/Citracado Leaving Injuries

Oceanside, CA (September 22, 2025) – A crash involving a pickup truck and a blue Honda left multiple people injured Monday afternoon, September 22, on Interstate 15 southbound near Citracado Parkway. The California Highway Patrol officers responded around 2:00 p.m. to find both vehicles damaged and blocking traffic.

Paramedics assisted the injured on-site and transported at least one victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.
