Oceanside, CA – Injuries in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-15 near SR-76

Oceanside, CA (September 28, 2025) – Emergency crews responded early Saturday morning to a traffic collision involving injuries on Interstate 15 northbound near State Route 76, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The crash, reported shortly before 3:00 a.m., involved a gray Toyota iA and a gray Infiniti G35.

CHP officers arrived to find both vehicles with visible damage along the right shoulder. At least one occupant sustained injuries and was treated at the scene before being transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for additional medical care. The identities and conditions of those involved have not yet been disclosed.

Authorities temporarily restricted traffic while investigators documented the scene, and tow trucks removed the disabled vehicles. The roadway was cleared shortly afterwards.
