Las Vegas, NV – Injury Crash at W Cactus Ave & I-15

Las Vegas, NV (September 17, 2025) – A traffic collision with reported injuries occurred early Tuesday morning, September 16, at about 1:58 a.m. on Interstate 15 near W Cactus Ave in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that officers responded to the location for “401B – Accident (With Injury).” Medical personnel were also dispatched to assist those hurt. At this time, the number of victims and the severity of injuries have not been disclosed.
