Beaver Dam, UT (July 20, 2025) — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 North near Mile Marker 6 led to a vehicle fire and sent three people to the hospital on Friday afternoon, prompting a rapid response from emergency crews.
The collision occurred around 2:00 p.m. on July 18. According to the Beaver Dam Littlefield Fire Department, two vehicles were involved—one of which had caught fire upon impact. The blaze consumed the vehicle entirely, while the second car sustained heavy damage to the driver’s side.
Preliminary reports indicate that the vehicle that ignited had been traveling southbound before crossing the median and striking a northbound car. First responders arrived quickly, providing on-scene care and transporting three individuals to St. George Regional Hospital with injuries described as minor to moderate. All were stabilized prior to transport.
Fire crews from the Arizona Strip BLM assisted in putting out the fire, which had spread to nearby brush. Thanks to their efforts, the vegetation fire was contained before it could spread further.
